Clear Out the Cupboards

A fun little experiment, not a rulebook.
Today's a practical one, and I want to be really clear from the start, this isn't about being perfect, or punishing yourself, or throwing out anything in a panic. Think of it more like a fun little experiment. See what's actually in your cupboards, and see how you feel with a week of eating real food instead.
If you can't picture what it looked like before it was made, or it's got more than two ingredients, that's your gentle sign to swap it out.
Here's the simple test. Pick something up, have a look at the label. More than two ingredients on it, or ingredients you can't picture as an actual whole food, that's your cue. Nothing dramatic, just a nudge that there might be something nicer waiting for it on the shelf.

What to reach for instead

  • Fruit and vegetables, any and all
  • Salad
  • Unprocessed meats
  • Yoghurt
  • Wholegrains
  • Tinned beans, plain, no sauce
  • Olive oil instead of seed oils
IF YOU FANCY IT

Try it for a week

Not a rule, not a challenge with a prize at the end, just something fun to try. See how your body feels after seven days of mostly whole, real food. If you love it, keep going. If it's not for you, that's fine too, you'll have learned something either way.

Honesty, clearing space, love before transaction, one loving thing for yourself, and now, one gentle nudge towards what's actually in your kitchen.
116 days left. Keep going.
Love, Vikki
