If You’re Judgemental Leave Now
And that’s okay.
Not everyone is meant to align.
I don’t debate my peace anymore.
If your default setting is:
-
Criticism
-
Mockery
-
Superiority
-
Constant evaluation
we probably won’t vibe.
Not because I’m sensitive.
Because I’m selective.
Judgement Is Heavy Energy
Judgement feels like:
Walking on eggshells.
Explaining yourself constantly.
Defending harmless choices.
Toning yourself down.
I’ve lived there before.
I don’t live there now.
I’m Not For Everyone
If you:
-
Need control
-
Need to correct
-
Need to rank people
-
Need to point out flaws
this space will frustrate you.
Because here?
We build.
We stabilise.
We protect our nervous systems.
We choose calm over commentary.
Growth Requires Safety
People grow where they feel safe.
Judgement shrinks people.
Curiosity expands them.
If you’re curious, welcome.
If you’re critical for sport?
There are other corners of the internet.
This Isn’t Arrogance
It’s boundaries.
I don’t need universal approval.
I need:
Peace.
Stability.
Lightness.
Laughter that doesn’t get policed.
Judgement disrupts all of that.
The Quiet Rule
If you’re here to:
Improve.
Reflect.
Build something better.
Heal.
Laugh.
Stabilise.
Stay.
If you’re here to:
Score points.
Nitpick.
Dominate.
Project.
This won’t nourish you.
And that’s fine.
Final Thought
If you’re judgemental, we won’t get along.
Not dramatically.
Just quietly.
I protect my energy.
I protect my peace.
I protect my progress.
And you should too.
