Burnout Diet: Narcissist-Free Zone
Restrictions: No Narcissists, No Energy Vampires, No Emotional Leeches
Welcome to a lifestyle plan where we remove the most toxic ingredient known to humanity: narcissists. They drain your energy, question your reality, and treat your kindness like a free buffet. Not anymore, babe. This diet has a strict “no narcissists allowed” policy.
No More Getting Manipulated
Narcissists love attention. They feed on your reactions. Silence, distance, and blocking are your new superfoods. Their nonsense does not belong on your emotional plate.
No More Explaining Yourself
Narcissists ask questions they don’t actually want answers to—they just want control. Stop explaining, stop defending, stop justifying. “No” is enough. “Goodbye” is better.
No More Emotional Gymnastics
You don’t need to twist yourself into a pretzel to keep somebody else happy. Especially someone who’s never happy anyway. Their expectations aren’t your responsibility. Chuck them in the emotional recycling bin (except we’re not recycling them).
No More Letting Them Back In
Narcissists always come back when they need something. The Burnout Diet says: block, ignore, delete, gone. Don’t give leftovers to someone who didn’t appreciate the meal.
No More “Maybe They’ve Changed”
They haven’t. They won’t. They don’t. Next question.
No More Sacrificing Your Mental Health
Narcissists thrive when you’re stressed, confused, tired or doubting yourself. Every time you choose peace over chaos, your brain heals. Every time you block one, your nervous system thanks you.
This Diet’s Main Ingredient? Peace.
No narcissists. No drama. No manipulation. No walking on eggshells. Just peace, boundaries, and the freedom to breathe again.
Congratulations, your emotional diet just became five-star.
