🌿 MY RULES (Stupidly Simple)

  1. One clean meal a day. Big enough to nourish you.

  2. No sugar, no crap, no booze. FU to bloat + brain fog.

  3. Gentle movement only. Walk, stretch, slow strength.

  4. Electrolytes + water during the day.

  5. Early night. Calm mind. No chaos food.

  6. Self-talk must be soft AF. No harshness. No guilt.

  7. Your one meal MUST feel loving, not punishing.


🥑 MY 7-DAY OMAD MEAL PLAN

One meal. One plate. Done.

DAY 1 — The “FU to Overthinking” Meal

  • Salmon or chicken

  • Broccoli or spinach

  • Sweet potato or quinoa

  • Olive oil + lemon
    Goal: Clean, simple, satisfying.


DAY 2 — The “FU to Cravings” Meal

  • Eggs or tofu

  • Mixed veggies

  • Avocado or nuts
    Goal: High fat + protein to kill cravings.


DAY 3 — The “Calm AF Meal”

  • Vegetable soup (BIG portion) + eggs or fish

  • Optional side: small sweet potato
    Goal: Warm + grounding.


DAY 4 — The “Glow Meal”

  • Fish (salmon, mackerel, cod)

  • Green veg

  • A few seeds or nuts
    Goal: Glow from inside out.


DAY 5 — The “Creative Vikki Meal”

  • Stir fry veg

  • Chicken/tofu/eggs

  • Herbs + spices
    Goal: Colour + flavour, zero effort.


DAY 6 — The “Soft + Strong Meal”

  • Lentil or chickpea dish

  • Greens

  • Olive oil
    Goal: Gentle on digestion.


DAY 7 — MY “FU to Everyone’s Opinions” Meal

  • Your favourite healthy meal

  • No guilt
    Goal: Pleasure + nourishment.


🤍 THE REST OF THE DAY

You eat nothing except:

  • Water

  • Herbal tea

  • Black coffee (if you drink it)

  • Electrolytes / pink salt

  • Calm energy only

  • No chaos, no stressy people


MY FU EFFECT — OMAD VERSION

After 7 days i will feel:

  • Lighter

  • Clearer

  • Emotionally softer

  • Skin glowing

  • Stomach flat

  • Mind stable

  • Energy consistent

  • Cravings dead

  • Confidence up

Humble. Creative. Calm. Stable.
