🖤 Narc Mother Is a Killer
A poem for the daughter who lived to tell it
She didn’t stab me.
She rewrote me.
Erased my instincts,
then called me broken.
She didn’t scream.
She smiled while she starved me—
of praise, of safety,
of the right to exist without apology.
She didn’t hit.
She gaslit.
Turned my memories into weapons,
my boundaries into betrayal.
She didn’t kill my body.
She tried to kill my clarity.
My voice.
My right to say “No” and mean it.
But I lived.
I rebuilt my name from ash.
I stitched my softness back together
with velvet and fire.
She is not misunderstood.
She is not tragic.
She is not my responsibility.
She is the killer of connection.
And I am the architect of rebirth.
