ð THE 5-PILLAR FULFILMENT STRATEGY
1. Define What Fulfilment Means to You
❝ If you don’t know what fills your cup, you’ll keep drinking from the wrong one. ❞
Write a list. Ask yourself:
- What makes me feel truly alive?
- What do I do that leaves me feeling light, connected, or whole?
- Who do I feel like my best self around?
☕ Example: Peaceful mornings. Creative work. Feeling heard. Making my daughter laugh.
2. Practise Presence Daily (Even for 5 Minutes)
Fulfilment isn’t in the past or future — it’s in the now.
Try:
- Sit with a cup of tea and really taste it.
- Go for a short walk with no distractions.
- Do one thing slowly on purpose.
These micro-moments reconnect you to yourself and help reset your nervous system — especially after trauma.
3. Protect Your Energy
No fulfilment if you’re constantly drained by other people’s chaos.
Your strategy here:
- Say no without guilt.
- Limit exposure to draining people (grey rock method if needed).
- Don’t chase closure — create peace without it.
4. Do Something That Feeds Your Soul (Weekly)
Not for money. Not for status. Just for you.
ðŠī Could be:
- Writing
- Gardening
- Rearranging your flat
- Making weird art no one sees
- Talking to the moon
This reminds your nervous system and your spirit that you matter.
5. Serve Others — On Your Terms
Contribution = connection = fulfilment
But make sure it’s from overflow, not depletion.
Examples:
- Leave kind comments online
- Help a neighbour
- Make your daughter’s favourite snack with love
- Share your story with someone still stuck
✨ Bonus Daily Fulfilment Prompt:
“What’s one thing I can do today that aligns with the life I want to live?”
Even if it’s small — like stretching, tidying, journaling, deleting one toxic contact — that’s fulfilment in action.
