💖 Love Boundaries: Rules for Protecting My Heart
- I don’t have to explain myself when I say no.
My “no” is enough. My peace matters more than pleasing others.
- I will leave conversations that feel toxic, disrespectful, or draining.
Walking away is self-respect, not rudeness.
- I won’t tolerate people who criticise, belittle, or guilt-trip me — even family.
Anyone who attacks my worth loses access to me.
- I will protect my energy and limit contact with those who feel unsafe to my nervous system.
My comfort comes first. I owe no one access to me.
- I will not sacrifice my mental health to keep others happy.
It’s not selfish to choose peace — it’s healthy.
- I will not let the past control my future.
I can be the cycle-breaker. I choose healing, joy, and freedom.
- I will speak to myself with the love and care I always deserved.
I will be my own safe space, always.
- I will walk away, block, or go no contact when needed — and I won’t feel guilty.
Boundaries are love in action.
- I will build a life that feels good to live, not one that looks good to others.
This chapter of my life is about me now.
