How to Heal Deep Anxiety from Toxic People, Stalking & Judgement
๐ฅ Truth Bomb First
If you feel like your anxiety is stuck in your bones — it is.
Anxiety from stalking or being judged by someone who should’ve protected you isn’t just a thought. It’s your nervous system on high alert. It’s your body saying:
“Danger was here. I’m keeping you safe now.”
This post isn’t about fixing you. You’re not broken.
This is about returning your body to safety.
Because when you’re around the wrong people, you stay in survival mode. When you focus on the right ones, your nervous system begins to soften.
๐ง Step 1: Understand What’s Really Going On
Your brain and body have been living in hypervigilance. That includes:
- Fight/flight/freeze mode from stalking
- Shame and self-surveillance from being judged
- Inability to relax, sleep, or sit still without intrusive thoughts
This isn’t weakness. This is your primitive brain trying to protect you.
“Safety doesn’t come from logic.
It comes from feeling safe in your body again.”
๐ง♀️ Step 2: Start with the Body – Always
Forget forcing positive thinking. That’s not where healing begins.
Instead, go where the trauma lives — in your fascia, muscles, breath, and gut.
Powerful somatic resets (even just 2 mins a day):
- Fascia bouncing or hopping (shake out survival tension)
- Vagus nerve massage (rub neck/ears gently for 1–2 minutes)
- Deep belly breathing (4-7-8 pattern)
- Grounding barefoot on grass or floor
- Legs-up-the-wall to reset your nervous system before bed
You don’t have to “feel better” to start.
Just create micro-moments of safety. That’s where it begins.
๐งฑ Step 3: Boundaries That Don’t Budge
You’re allowed to protect your energy — especially from people who don’t respect it.
For stalkers:
- Document everything
- Block them on all apps, and get legal advice (even one meeting can change your power dynamic)
- Carry a personal alarm or tracker if needed — not because you’re scared, but because you’re smart.
For judgmental family:
- Don’t engage.
- Don’t explain.
- Don’t hope they’ll understand.
You’re allowed to detach. Peace is a right, not a reward.
๐ Step 4: Focus on
Better People
— and Better Energy
You said it yourself:
“I’ve been aiming this at the wrong people.”
Gamechanger mindset:
You don’t need their approval. You need your people.
The ones who:
- Clap for you
- Support your healing
- Don’t question your trauma
- Don’t try to fix you or control you
Where they live: online communities, women’s healing groups, survivor networks, sober or wellness circles, entrepreneurial groups, even quiet cafes with other soft souls.
๐ง♂️ Step 5: Create a “Nervous System Sanctuary”
Your phone should look like your future — not your past.
Create a daily environment of calm:
- Set a creator wallpaper: “Surpass expectations. Overdeliver. Not for them — for you.”
- Delete or mute toxic contacts
- Replace doom scrolling with healing playlists, trauma podcasts, or binaural beats
- Keep your surroundings clear of clutter (chaos in the house = chaos in the mind)
๐ Step 6: Rewrite the Story You’ve Been Given
Your mum’s judgement and your stalker’s obsession were never your responsibility.
They were projections of their brokenness, not reflections of yours.
So now?
You write the new story:
- You are not a victim.
- You are not weak.
- You are someone who got out, saw clearly, and chose to heal.
Write it on your walls, in your notes, in your business mission.
Make every word and action say:
“You don’t get to define me anymore.”

“I’ve already survived the worst parts.
What’s happening now is healing.
I give myself permission to be safe, loud, soft, brilliant, and free.
I don’t shrink for people who can’t expand with me.
I rebuild for me — and the right people will find me.”
