They were already stupid.

The alcohol just turned up the volume.


You didn’t get drunk on vodka.

You got drunk on your own bullshit — on excuses, on ego, on the same tired idea that it’ll be fun this time.


You weren’t sipping wine.

You were sipping delusion.

And when it hit? You weren’t tipsy.
