Because they both:

- Are hard to quit even though you know they’re bad for you

- Get you stuck in loops of self-sabotage
- Make you feel like shit after spending time with them
- Have warning signs you ignore until it’s too late
- Feel like comfort when what they’re really doing is chaos
At first, they seem like relief. A break. A buzz. A little rebellion.
But soon they’re a habit.
Then they’re a trap.
And before you know it, they’re shaping your self-worth, your mood, your bank account, and your future.
Quitting them doesn’t mean losing something.
It means reclaiming your lungs, your time, your peace, your confidence, your sanity.
