How to Rewire Your Brain from Survival to Success
Step 1:
Understand What Survival Mode Looks Like
Survival mode is your brain on constant alert. You:

- Hoard, hide, or hustle from scarcity
- Feel guilty for resting or dreaming bigger

Name the Default Survival Beliefs
Common subconscious scripts:

Success does: Invest in growth. - Survival says: Stay small to stay safe →
Success does: Make bold offers. Show your work.
Every act of bravery rewires the circuit.

Train Your Nervous System for Safety in Success
You have to teach your body:
“I can be visible, wealthy, rested — and still be safe.”
Ways to train this:
- Breathwork (box breathing, 4-7-8)
- Cold showers (resets stress response)
- Daily “safe” routines (calm coffee, quiet walks, grounded meals)
- Journaling wins, not just worries

Rinse, Repeat, Refuse to Quit
Neural rewiring = doing the new thing over and over until it becomes the default.
