Would You Pay £5.99 to Feel More in Control? Honestly?
Drinking used to be my stress relief. My treat.
But slowly, it started costing me more than I realised — emotionally, mentally, and financially.
I didn’t hit rock bottom.
I just got tired. Tired of the hangovers, the anxiety, the not-quite-feeling-like-myself.
So I stayed sober. One day, then another.
And I wrote a book about it.
It’s called Sober Not Sorry: The Price of the Bottle — and it’s not a lecture.
It’s a real story. About what alcohol was costing me and what I got back when I took a break from it.
This book is for you if:
- You’re tired of using alcohol to cope
- You want to feel more steady, more clear, more you
- You’re sober-curious or already taking a break and just want something honest and relatable
No pressure. No preaching. Just a story you might recognise yourself in.
I’m asking: would you pay £5.99 for that?
For something that might give you clarity, comfort, or even just a bit of calm?
It’s not about quitting forever. It’s about finding out who you are when you’re not drinking — and liking her.
If that sounds like something you need, grab the book now.
If you’ve already read it, I’d love to know what stuck with you.
