How To Recover From Narcissistic Abuse

The only way to recover from narcissistic abuse is to understand that they only have 2 emotions fear and anger unlike us that have happiness,  sadness, joy, laughter.

They are uncapable of experiencing happy thoughts and feelings.

You are a happy, funny person and you two will never see the world from the same place as the narcissist will always put a negative spin on everything which is their default fear and anger responses.

Get out there, meet nice people and move on, its the only option.

The more nice people you meet will make you realise you don't need them anymore.
