How To Deal With A Narcissist

Narcissists only have 2 emotions fear and anger

they very rarely show joy, happiness, sadness.

Now your armed with this information, you can change the way you talk to them not triggering either of these emotions or try to anyway!

This is why narcissists (could be on the Autism spectrum) get into alcohol, drugs, religions, dangerous sports. its because they are trying to trigger other emotions apart from fear and anger.

These people need professional help but they need to be open to it as you can not force them to do anything they don't want to do.

you could try asking what makes them happy? what makes them sad? what makes them cry? and try to get these emotions practised in a natural way rather than a fake way.

unfortunalty my mother is a narc, my ex is a narc and they basically drain the shit out of you so I try to limit conversation as much as possible to try and keep as sane as possible.

Its important to look after your health too and to protect your brain from all the negativity which will burn you out eventually if your not careful
