Attachment Weaponisation: The Bond Was Never an Accident

Attachment Weaponisation: The Bond Was Never an Accident I never noticed the closeness being built. How To Make Everything Feel Good

Stop feeling miserable all the time and make everything you do feel good.

Even if it’s the most boring task in the world, turn up the tunes and sing whilst your doing it, not everything in life is going to make you feel good especially your tax returns but they have to be done, so make it fun, turn up the music and feel amazing.

Even cleaning the house, put cleaning materials in every room and when you see the dust building up grab the cleaner that’s 2 seconds away and clean.

Make everything easy and accessible so your not constantly looking for stuff, declutter and make fun spaces, over plant your garden so there’s less grass to cut, prep meals for the week so you don’t have to cook every day and go and explore new places.
