The Best Gym Wear For Over 40s

Being over 40 myself, finding classy gym wear that’s not for kids is not that easy but I have a few ideas that work for me. 

There is such an abundance of gum wear for sale but finding the right fit and style for you is a very personal taste. 

I would firstly choose your colours, darker colours are good if your not completely happy with your gym body, say black, dark blue etc but if you’re in love with your body you can go for paler gym clothes say white and pastels or bright colours.

The second tip is finding your style, shorts, leggings. I personally love the look of Adidas leggings, the lines make them not look like leggings and seem more sophisticated should I say! 

Then I simply complete the look with a simple tank top ( I wear a T-shirt bra and a white tank top) , if you need more support there are hundreds to choose from large brands like Adidas, Nike, sports direct, JD sports and the list goes on..

In regards to shoes ASICS are really light and comfortable, I personally choose their running shoes and they have some AMAZING colours to finish off your look.
