How to stop smoking instantly

I’m not going to say just stop smoking but if you set yourself these rules you’ll be amazed at the results

  1. Always have cigarettes on you
  2. Always smoke with non smokers
  3. Never smoke alone
  4. Never smoke with other smokers
So basically you are shaming yourself in front of non smokers and before you know it you’ll save yourself the embarrassment and just think “WHATS THE POINT”
