Five Days Of Being Honest With Yourself

Is this what you really want?
Five days went by without a post, and I'm not going to dress that up. So instead of rushing five quick posts out, I'm giving you five honest questions, one for each day. Nobody is going to read your answers. They're just for you, and you can feel them at full volume.
The most honest conversation you'll have this year is the one nobody else hears.
DAY 40

Is this what I actually want, or what I think I should want?

Sit with it properly. Some of what we chase was handed to us by other people, and we've been carrying it so long it started to feel like ours. Whatever you find, it's allowed to be there.

DAY 41

Who am I doing this for?

For the mirror? For someone watching? For someone who isn't even in your life anymore? There's no wrong answer, but the true one changes everything about how you show up.

DAY 42

What am I avoiding by staying busy, stuck or distracted?

Busy is a brilliant hiding place. So is scrolling, and so is "I'll start Monday." Name the thing underneath, gently, because it can't lose its power while it stays unnamed.

DAY 43

What am I proud of that I haven't let myself feel yet?

You've done more than you've given yourself credit for. Let it land properly, at full volume, without shrinking it down or rushing past it.

DAY 44

If nothing changed in the next 76 days, would I be okay with that?

If the answer is yes, that's a beautiful, peaceful thing. If the answer is no, then you already know, and you've known for a while.

Five questions, five days, and you don't owe anyone the answers. Just don't lie to yourself. That's the only rule.
76 days left.
Love, Vikki
