Days 62-68 of 120: Seven Days Of People-Watching — The Christmas Body Countdown 62-68 of 120 120 Days to Christmas Seven Days Of People-Watching Two dials, four kinds of people, and who to keep close. Seven days went by, and I'm not going to dress that up. So instead of seven rushed posts, here's one proper one, about something I find fascinating: watching how different people handle honesty and conflict. It's all from what I've noticed over the years, so please take it as my observations, not gospel. Two dials tell you a lot about a person: how honest they are, and how much conflict they bring. DAY 62: THE TWO DIALS Honesty and conflict Picture two dials. One is honesty: how truthful someone is, from low to high. Have a Lovely Friday

No lesson today. Just a little love before the weekend.
Not every day needs a lesson, a challenge, or a plate full of things to think about. Some days just need you to make it to Friday, kettle on, shoulders down from your ears, and that's more than enough.
Whatever this week gave you, you're still here. That counts for something.
So today, no homework. Just a few small things worth doing on your way into the weekend.
ONE

Put the phone down for a bit

Just for a stretch of the evening. Nothing urgent is going to happen in that hour that can't wait until after you've had a proper cup of tea.

TWO

Do one nice thing, purely because you want to

Not because it's productive, not because it moves you closer to a goal. Just because it'll make you smile. That's a good enough reason on its own.

THREE

Let the weekend actually feel like one

Whatever that looks like for you, slower mornings, a takeaway, doing absolutely nothing on the sofa, let it be exactly that, without guilt attached.

97 days left. Rest is part of the plan too.
Have a lovely Friday, lovely weekend, and I'll see you soon xxx
Love, Vikki xxx
