Day 16: Your Body Can't Lie For You

Day 16 of 120: Your Body Can't Lie For You — The Christmas Body Countdown 16 of 120 120 Days to Christmas • The Journey Continues Day 16: Your Body Can't Lie For You Anyone can say anything. Only your body shows what's actually true. Anyone can say anything. Your mouth can promise, explain, justify, and talk a brilliant game, and none of it has to be true. Your body can't do that. It doesn't care what you said you'd do, what you meant to do, or how good your reasons were. It only shows what you actually did. If you want a good body, you can't talk about it. You have to do it. That's not a criticism, it's actually freeing. It means you don't need the perfect explanation, the right motivation, or anyone's permission. Day 15: Just Move

No plan. No perfect workout. Just get your body moving, right now.
Enough thinking about it. Today isn't about strategy or understanding your nervous system or reading any signals. It's about moving your body, right now, in whatever way gets you off the spot you're sat on.
You don't need the right workout. You need to stop sitting still.
DO IT NOW

Ten minutes, any movement

Walk round the block, dance in the kitchen, do some star jumps in the hallway, doesn't matter what it is. Ten minutes, starting the second you finish reading this.

NO OVERTHINKING

Whatever's closest wins

Don't wait for the right shoes, the right playlist, or the right mood. The best movement today is whichever one you can start in the next sixty seconds.

FEEL IT AFTER

Notice the shift

However you felt before you moved, check in after. That shift, however small, is the whole point.

That's it. No more talking. Go move.
105 days left. Keep going.
Love, Vikki
