Stop Being So Fucking Serious: The Sanity Playbook
Let’s get one thing straight: life isn’t a spreadsheet. It’s not color-coded. It doesn’t come with a refund policy. And if we keep trying to out-schedule our stress or optimize our way to peace of mind, we’re going to forget what fun feels like.
**So here’s your mission (should you choose to accept it):**
- Tell an awful joke. The kind that makes people groan loudly.
- Wear something ridiculous to the shop. Bonus points for sequins or a fake mustache.
- Send a friend a voice note of you singing terribly. Like, intentionally awful.
- Dance badly in your kitchen, preferably while cooking eggs.
- Laugh inappropriately in a quiet place (library? lift? why not?).
- Try something new just for the plot.
Because *sanity*, strangely enough, isn't in the control—it’s in the release. It’s remembering that the world doesn’t end if you look like a complete weirdo. In fact, that might be when you feel most *alive*.
