How to look after yourself and be financially free

 No one teaches us how to look after ourselves  in school So we either learn the hard way or find this blog and let the more mature person teach us! 

In life your going to meet so many influences that do drugs, drink to much and do nasty things to other people 

But ultimately it is up to you which path you follow, it’s going to be harder if your parents were drug users and you learnt this from a young age but you can do it x 

Start today , write down a list that you can keep to . Mine is 

  1. Drink natural sources
  2. Eat lots of fruits, vegetables & sales
  3. Eat lean meats and fish
  4. Avoid alcohol 
  5. Avoid drugs
  6. Be happy 
  7. Have fun
So the next trick is to avoid people that may jeopardise this list. 

Try it for 3 days and see how you feel, and how your bank account feels!
