 One minute your fine the next minute you have this feeling of worry and fear take over your body. 

What just happened? Well the truth is something just happened to put you in this fight or flight mode. What was it ???

Think what happened in between the feel good minute and the anxiety minute, something has made you feel this way and it was either another persons worry of a fear of failure. 

Stop and think logically

Once you have pin pointed the cause, address it and know your ok and if your not fix it 

You can do this by either talking to a trusted friend or a professional to put your mind at ease and they can advise the best Way to address your problem.
