 I understand life is hard, but it’s hard for all of us but you can choose either anger or joy and you’ve chose anger. wheather your hiding bad stuff or having a bad day you need to chose joy instead. Also the manipulation is a massive turn off for sex so you’re probably getting none. 

Your challenge is to be nice, give compliments, help people and find joy in everything you do and eliminate  hate because this’ll lead your life into the dark trenches if there not already!
