Easiest Roasted Kale recipe side dish


 Let’s face it kale is a pretty boring vegetable but so good for you so how do you make it taste yummy! 


  1. Turn on your oven med-high heat
  2. Cover roasting tin in foil (no washing up!)
  3. Add a bag of kale to the roasting tin
  4. Drizzle with olive oil 
  5. Season with salt and pepper 
  6. Roast for approx 8-10 minutes 
  7. PS Keep a close eye on it as it burns extremely quickly!
My kids loves this as a snack! Crazy hay!
