Attachment Weaponisation: The Bond Was Never an Accident I never noticed the closeness being built. Short version: Trauma bonding is usually described as something that happens to you, almost by accident, through unpredictable reward. A 2025 Cambridge study, interviewing eighteen women with sustained attachment to abusive partners, found something sharper underneath that: the closeness itself is often deliberately constructed early on, specifically so it can be exploited later. How to budget for tax when your self employed

 Budgeting for your tax bill is probably the most important thing to do if your self employed. I’ve had a few clients that do not do this only to receive a visit from HMRC and interest charged on top. 


Before I tell you this, I want you to know I am overly cautious when budgeting for my tax and save way too much!!!

So without further ado... this is how I do it!!!

For everything I earn, I put 50% into a savings account until I know how much my tax bill is going to be and when your tax bill arrives you have so much money in that account you can easily pay your tax bill and even treat  yourself!
