The Saturday Phone Diet Rules
For one day only:
- use your phone only to pay for things
- no social media
- no endless scrolling
- no lying down with your phone
- no “just checking”
Everything else happens offline.
What You’re Going to Do Instead
Use your body. All day.
- move your body continuously
- do all your washing
- clean your space properly
- finish your Christmas shopping in person
- walk instead of sitting
- meet friends face to face
- eat out instead of ordering in
Life, but with effort again.
Why This Works So Fast
This isn’t about discipline. It’s about biology.
You’re:
- removing constant stimulation
- bringing movement back into the day
