Put your phone back where it belongs: as a tool — not a lifestyle.

ONLY USE YOUR PHONE TO PAY FOR THINGS
(END OF. JUST FOR THIS SATURDAY.)

No scrolling. No social media. No crap.
Just real life and movement.

The Saturday Phone Diet Rules

For one day only:

  • use your phone only to pay for things
  • no social media
  • no endless scrolling
  • no lying down with your phone
  • no “just checking”

Everything else happens offline.

What You’re Going to Do Instead

Use your body. All day.

  • move your body continuously
  • do all your washing
  • clean your space properly
  • finish your Christmas shopping in person
  • walk instead of sitting
  • meet friends face to face
  • eat out instead of ordering in

Life, but with effort again.

Why This Works So Fast

This isn’t about discipline. It’s about biology.

You’re:

  • removing constant stimulation
  • bringing movement back into the day
  • giving your eyes distance
  • letting your nervous system discharge energy
  • reconnecting your brain and body

This is how humans used to live by default.

What Will Feel Weird (At First)

Expect this:

  • boredom
