🍣Glowing Salmon Supper Bowl

🧾 Ingredients (1 serving):



  • 1 salmon fillet (about 125g)
  • 1 cup steamed broccoli
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds or pumpkin seeds
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Salt, pepper, turmeric, garlic powder, paprika — season your way



Optional add-ons: cherry tomatoes, wilted spinach, or any sad veg that needs saving





🔥 Method:



  1. Cook the salmon – pan-fry or grill it for 5–7 minutes until flaky and fabulous.
  2. Steam your broccoli – just long enough to go bright green, not mushy.
  3. Slice the avocado and get everything ready.
  4. Assemble your bowl – base of broccoli, top with salmon, scatter avocado and seeds.
  5. Squeeze lemon juice over it all and season like you mean it.
