🧾 Ingredients (1 serving):
- 1 salmon fillet (about 125g)
- 1 cup steamed broccoli
- ½ avocado
- 1 tbsp flaxseeds or pumpkin seeds
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Salt, pepper, turmeric, garlic powder, paprika — season your way
Optional add-ons: cherry tomatoes, wilted spinach, or any sad veg that needs saving
🔥 Method:
- Cook the salmon – pan-fry or grill it for 5–7 minutes until flaky and fabulous.
- Steam your broccoli – just long enough to go bright green, not mushy.
